Initial location state

Хотел „Лотус“ се намира на изхода на гр. Варна.
Сградата е разположена на скатен терен непосредствено над крайморския път в посока курортни комплекси „Св.Св. Константин и Елена“ и „Златни пясъци“, с панорамна гледка към Варненски залив.

The Lotus hotel is located at the exit of Varna.
The building is on a sloped terrain above the seaside road to resorts near Varna, it has a panoramic view of the Varna bay.

Project goals

Сградата побира няколко различни обществени функции, същевременно е интегрирана в ската и представлява визуален акцент над пътя.

The building accommodates several different public functions, at the same time it is integrated in the slope and is a visual highlight over the road.

Project details

Състои се от подземно ниво – нощен клуб, 2 хотелски етажа и панорамен ресторант. В план сградата е равностранен триъгълник със страна 23,5m. Това е така спрямо триъгълната форма на имота, с връх към най-високата точка в задната част на терена и отваряне в посока залива и града.
Тази форма дава възможност обслужващите зони да са в тила на етажите, а по широката предна част да са хотелски стаи и залите на ресторанта и кабарето.
Избора на архитектурна форма, белите фасади, стъклени парапети и декинг на терасите цели усещане за морска атмосфера.

It consists of an underground level – night club, 2 hotel floors and a panoramic restaurant. Plan of the building is an equilateral triangle with side 23.5m. This is because of the triangular shape of the property, with a peak to the highest point at the back of the terrain and opening in the direction of the bay and the city.
This shape allows the service areas to be in the rear of the stories, and the wide front to contains hotel rooms and the halls of the restaurant and cabaret. The architectural form, white facades, glass railings and terrace deking are chosen so as to give a sense of a sea atmosphere.

Environmental effect of the project

Излизайки извън града няма как да пропуснете тази сграда, която се отличава с острите си бели платна и все пак дискретна зад зеления склон.

Going out of the city you can’t miss this building, which is distinctive with its sharp white sails and yet discreet behind the green slope.
