Хотелският комплекс се състои от множество сгради, отредени за различни функции на курорта. В последното построено разширение е планирано да бъде обхванат за пръв път конферентен туризъм и организиране на събития след очакваното възстановяването му.

The hotel complex is consisted of several buildings, designated for different resort functions. The newest built extension is planned to house for a first-time conference type of tourism and event gatherings after the expected recovery.

Project goals

Представеният ресторант представлява част от разширение на целия хотелски комплекс, планирано като оползотваряване на слабата туристическа година и за повишаване на конкурентноспособността в една нова 2021-ва година. Новата сграда разполага с много широки пространства, изпълнени с естествена светлина. Целта на интериорния дизайн е да ги обедини с визуална идентичност и да осигури контекстуалната обвързаност помежду им.

The presented restaurant is a part of a wide extension of the hotel resort, planned in order to utilize the low tourist intensity during this year and to improve the competitiveness for the new 2021. The new resort building has a lot of wide spaces, filled with natural light. The aim of the interior design is to establish the uniting visual identity for all spaces and to ensure a contextual continuity between them.

Двете срещуположни къси страни на ресторанта рамкират пространството на ресторанта и създават визуална обединеност. Стената, на чиито гръб се пада гардероба е оформена в със същия пейзажен мотив, но в различен стил. Oбличането на металните колони освен принос към уюта дава и различен изглед към тях от различна посока, което се отразява и на преживяването, в зависимост от масите, на които се седи.
Барът и двете зони за самообслужване са оформени в разпознваемия плаващ мотив с изпъкнал обем в дърво и облята в светлина бяла основа. Над тях също имаме насочено осветление, както пред стената с принтовете, завършвайки с тях композиционната рамка на пространството, достъпно за клиенти. Принтовете на гърба започват над нивото на очите, това дава едно пространство, под което има място за работен плот и шкафове за складиране за допълнително удобство на хората обслужващи предните позиции.

The two opposite narrow sides of the restaurant enclose the space and create the needed visual unity. Back to back with the wardrobe hallway is the wall, designed with the same landscape motive, but with a different take on the technique. The enclosure of the steel columns contributes to the overall coziness of the restaurant and grants a different look of the them from the different sets of tables.
The bar and both other self-service areas are framed with the recognizable floating motive, a front standing wooden volume and a white base, washed in light. The highlight over those areas is suggested to the visitors via suspended lighting, same as the one in front of the wall in the other end of the hall, hence composing the area, accessible for guests and clients. The prints on the back wall begin above the eye level, this allows for the personnel to access a new workspace, equipped with a worktop and storage cabinets below – for additional storage and convenience of the staff in the front position.

Environmental effect of the project

Интериорният дизайн на това разширение на курорта цели да стъпи върху новите акценти в алпийските ресторанти след пандемичното затваряне. С това на ум сме поставили фокуса върху големия обем на помещенията, повече индивидуално пространство и обилна естествена светлина.

The interior design of this resort extension aims to hit on the new highlights for the alpine dining experience post the pandemic lockdown. With that in mind, we place the focus on extensive interior volume, more individual space and plenty of natural light.
