Хотелският комплекс се състои от множество сгради, отредени за различни функции на курорта. В последното построено разширение е планирано да бъде обхванат за пръв път конферентен туризъм и организиране на събития след очакваното възстановяването му.

The hotel complex is consisted of several buildings, designated for different resort functions. The newest built extension is planned to house for a first-time conference type of tourism and event gatherings after the expected recovery.

Project goals

Целта на интериорното решение е да усвои големите богато осветени обеми и повърхности, удовлетворявайки комплексните функционални, естетически и утилитарни нужди на конферентния туризъм.

The goal of the interior design is to unite the rich sunlit voids and surfaces, sufficing all functional, aesthetical and utilitarian needs of the conference type tourism.

Project details

Рецепцията е разположена в ляво на входа, новият плот, заедно с облицовката и подсветка надолу е продължен по целия фронт, за да се постигне визуална обобщеност. Над рецепцията високият празен обем е оползотворен с висящо осветление, което разкрива разкоша на високия обем и дава възможност за неговото оценяване и от вън вечерно време. Конферентната зала е разположена в светъл и висок обем над останалите функции на сградата. Това позволява за непрекъснатия достъп на светлина в целия обем, но създава трудности от акустична гледна точка.

The reception is established to the left of the main entrance, the new worktop, along with the wooden front and LED down light is carried through the whole front, in order to accomplish a visual continuity. Above the reception desk, a high empty void is made use of by several suspended lighting fixtures that reveal the beauty of the large void and contributes to its appreciation during evening time.
The conference hall is located in a well lit and tall void above the rest of the building’s functional spaces, thus allowing for the rich access of natural light within the entire volume. This however creates difficulties from acoustic standpoint.

Environmental effect of the project

Интериорното решение обединява функционалните и естетическите цели с акустичната третировка на голямото пространство. Всички нови повърхности целят да внесат мекота и акустичен уют в големия просторен обем.

The interior design encorporates functional and aesthetic goals with acoustic treatment of the large space at hand. All newly introduced surfaces bring more softness and favorable acoustic treatment to the spacious void.
