Project goals

Първоначалното инвестиционно намерение изисква старата къща в парцела
да бъде съборена. На мястото на старата къща трябва да бъде построена седеметажна сграда с апартаменти и роботизиран паркинг под земята.
Основната задача на проекта е да запази съществуващата градска атмосфера и да намали влиянието на високия обем на новата сграда.

Initially the intention of the investee required a demolition of the old house situated on the plot of land. A seven-story apartment building with a robotic underground parking lot should have been built in the old house's place.
The key project task is the preservation of the existing urban atmosphere and the reduction of the impact of the new high-rise construction.
