Теренът предмет на проекта разположен в центъра на село Чавдар се нуждаеше от нова визия и рехабилитация затова и се съобрази с формиралите се във времето пространствено-функционални зони, както в централната част, така и в парка, и отрази техният характер, като ги насити с нови алтернативни и социални дейности. Потърсиха се нови места за отдих, социални контакти, културни дейности ,запазване и увеличаване на едроразмерната растителност, зелените площи за сметка на алейната мрежа. Създаде се и изкуствена водна площ напомняйки на природният феномен до с.Чавдар – „Казаните”.

The project for landscaping development in the center of Chavdar was undertaken as a sustainable project of renovation and modernization of the existing space.
The main purpose of the project was to enhance the economical, social and ecological condition of the town Chavdar.
The site had an inevitable need for new vision and renovation. Therefore, our design for the square and park attempted to improve both amenities and the overall appearance of the town.
By installing new outdoor facilities as mini bazaars, benches, spaces for recreation and cultural activities for the community, we transformed the center of the town into more vibrant space.
The fountain in the center that we designed was inspired by the rock formation “Kazanite” near the town.
We designed new zones in the park with more lawns and plants zones and also kept the existing ones making all the difference in the appearance.
