Initial location state

Комплексът трябваше да бъде проектиран на парцел в непосредствена близост до река Двойница и до плажната ивица на гр. Обзор, което обяснява и блатистата почва, с която проектантският екип трябваше да се съобрази. В района реката се разлива и наводнява често терена. Основната ни цел, когато започнахме работа по архитектурната концепция бе да се съобразим с горския пейзаж, особеностите и красотата на реката, както и плажа и да създадем ниска композиция от сгради.

The complex had to be designed on a plot of land near the river Dvoynitsa and up to the beach of Obzor, which explains the swampy soil, which the design team had to comply with. In the area, the river overflows and often floods the terrain. Our main goal, when we started working on the architectural concept, was to take into account the forest landscape, the features and the beauty of the river, as well as the beach to create a low composition of buildings.

Project goals

Проектирайки 70 000 кв. м на парцел ориентиран с късата си част към морето беше предизвикателство, защото искахме да осигурим панорама на максимално много хотелски стаи. Плановата подредба е на риба кост, така дори стаите в северната част на сградите имат частична морска панорама. Ваканционен комплекс “Reina del Mar” е луксозен “ultra all inclusive” хотел състоящ се от 570 хотелски единици и 80 семейни вили.

Designing 70,000 square meters on a plot oriented with its short part to the sea was a challenge because we wanted to provide a panorama of as many hotel rooms as possible. The layout is a "fish-bone type", so even the rooms in the northern part of the buildings have a partial sea view.
Holiday complex "Reina del Mar" is a luxury "ultra all inclusive" hotel consisting of 570 hotel units and 80 family villas.

В “Reina del Mar” има 7 ресторанта, 11 бара, сладкарници, детски клубове, анимационна площадка, конферентен център с много 8 функционални зали най-голямата от които е за 650 човека съобразена със всички изисквания за международни конференции от най-висок ранг.
Басейните са 5 външни един вътрешен към спа зоната от 2000 кв. м и 3 басейна тип лагуна пред вилите.
Фасадите ни са разделени от обемни рамки, разчупващи дългата сграда и сформиращи разнообразни рекреационни зони. Така, седейки на терасата на една стая не усещаш колко много хора има край теб, имаш уединение и се наслаждаваш само на зеленина и море.

In "Reina del Mar" there are 7 restaurants, 11 bars, pastry shops, children's clubs, animation playground, conference centre with many 8-functional halls, the largest of which is for 650 people in accordance with all requirements for international conferences of the highest rank.
The pools are 5 outdoor, one indoor to the spa area of 2000 sq. metres and 3 lagoon pools in front of the villas.
The facades of our Project are divided by volumetric frames, breaking the long building and forming various recreational areas. So, sitting on the terrace of a room you do not feel how many people are around you, you have privacy and enjoy only the greenery and the sea.

Environmental effect of the project

Материалите използвани в интериорите и екстериорите са специално предвидени за тежка експлоатация. Фасадите ни са палитра от елементите съществуващи край обекта зелената мазилка (BASF Germany) кореспондираща с полите на Стара планина, дървесния HPL (Fundermax) и пясъчния травертин както и естествените гранитни павета. Интериорите ни са последният щрих, който подчертава архитектурата. Студиото ни работи по този проект с фирми като Alberta furniture, Calligaris, Flos, Modular, Panzeri, Decastelli, Kriska decor, Bo concept, Pamesa, Rosa gres, AGC, Catalano, Grohe, Cleaf и много други световни брандове.

The materials used in the interiors and exteriors are specially designed for heavy loads. Our facades are a palette of elements existing near the site - the green plaster (BASF Germany) corresponding to the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, the wooden HPL (Fundermax) and sand travertine, as well as the natural granite paving blocks. Our interiors are the final touch that emphasizes the architecture. Our studio is working on this project with companies such as Alberta furniture, Calligaris, Flos, Modular, Panzeri, Decastelli, Kriska decor, Bo concept, Pamesa, Rosa gres, AGC, Catalano, Grohe, Cleaf and many other global brands.
